SHIPPING

We offer complimentary shipments from our studio in Stockholm.

In-stock pieces ship within 48 hours and arrive within one week.

Made to order pieces are delivered within 6-8 weeks.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

If you refuse your order or if the courier cannot deliver the package due to wrong or incomplete information, shipping and any other fees (such as import taxes and duties) that may have been added will be deducted from your refund.

 

RETURNS

Items purchased on are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at info@mh925.com

All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and with receipt / proof of purchase included in the shipment. Please pack your items securely to avoid damage.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Please note that we charge a shipment fee of 10 EUR on returns within the Nordics and a shipment fee of 15 EUR on international returns. Shipment fees will be automatically deducted from your refund payment.
